Elon Musk says he was «kicked by» from a video game Path of Exile 2 due to too fast game actions. The developers suspected the use of prohibited macro programs.
The founder of Tesla and SpaceX shared a screenshot of a message about being disconnected from the X game on Twitter. The reason was an excessive number of actions in a short period of time, which the system considered as potential fraud.
Musk insists on his innocence and explains the situation by his exceptional skill in the game. According to him, the developers may reconsider the keystroke speed limit in future updates.
This is not the billionaire’s first experience with role-playing video games. He recently reached the 19th position in the global ranking of Diablo 4. It seems that the skills he acquired have come in handy in his new project from Grinding Gear Games.
Some users supported Musk, noting that the game provides a lot of active skills but punishes them for using them quickly. Others wondered how the head of several huge companies finds time for video games.
