GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3 / Inno3D, VideoCardz
Top-notch next-gen graphics card appears in an exclusive image by Inno3D and VideoCardz. Also confirmed is the presence of 32 GB VRAM GDDR7 in NVIDIA RTX 5090.
The site reports that Inno3D plans to launch a new design in the iChill X3 series. The GeForce RTX 5090 iChill X3 video card is equipped with a massive 3.5-slot cooling system, which has become one of the key features of the model.
Currently, only one image is available, so it’s impossible to count the number of power connectors. However, the packaging includes data about 32 GB of GDDR7 memory. This is the first confirmed detail about the memory configuration of RTX 5090. The flagship RTX 50 model will actually have twice as much memory as the RTX 5080.
According to unofficial information, the RTX 5090 will use the GB202 graphics processor and will be the only one in the series to have this chip. It includes 21,760 CUDA cores, and the 32 GB of memory will operate on a 512-bit bus. GDDR7 works at a speed of 28 Gbps and under these conditions will provide a total of 1.8 TB/s. RTX 5090 has a TDP of 575 Watts — 125 Watts more than its predecessor.
NVIDIA is supposedly set to introduce the GeForce RTX 5090 tomorrow, January 6th, during their keynote at CES 2025. RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti will also be showcased. However, the RTX 5080 is expected to be the first model released.
