«Busification» and other abuses under the guise of mobilization work, which have a very negative impact on the situation in the country, were discussed at a joint meeting of the law enforcement and defense committees. There was an appeal by [Chief of the Armed Forces General Staff] General Bargylevych with proposals to introduce criminal liability for violations of the law committed by the heads of the TCC and JV, heads and members of the Military Logistics Commission,» the MP explains.

Keeping mobilized people in the Armed Forces who are actually unfit for service does not help the frontline. There is no mention of any punishment for actions against those who are eligible for mobilization and do not have the right to deferment.
