In the coming weeks, GTA 5 on PC will receive a major update with next-gen features that were exclusively available only for the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions
Rockstar has prepared new technical improvements, including improved ray tracing, faster downloads, and support for new graphics technologies. The update will bring additional content for the PC version, including enhanced features of GTA Online.
For newcomers, the entry process is simplified, and an initial capital of 4 million GTA$ will help to purchase real estate, vehicles, and other necessary items for the career path of a manager, shooter, nightclub owner, or biker in Career Builder.
GTA Online will now have two versions, so playing together will not be possible if they are different. Those who buy the game for the first time will receive access to both versions.
«Please note that in order to maintain this support, the original version of GTA Online for PC will be a separate instance, and players who remain on this version will not be able to play in sessions with players on the updated version», — the developers say
The updated version of GTA 5 for PC will be released on March 4. It will be available for existing players for free. The total cost of the game will not change.
