Intel анонсувала процесори vPro для комерційних ШІ-комп’ютерів
During Mobile World Congress 2025, Intel announced its «most powerful line of commercial AI computers ever». These PCs are based on the company’s latest processors, including Intel Core Ultra 200U, 200H, 200HX, 200S, and the Intel Core Ultra 200V series.
This list is particularly interesting because it marks the expansion of the Intel Core Ultra Series 2 line to include Intel vPro devices. This means that Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors with vPro will be available in a wide range of devices, from laptops and desktops to workstations.
Intel vPro is a hardware and software platform for business computers. PCs with these processors meet certain requirements for manageability, security, and performance.
Key aspects of Intel vPro:
«2025 is a key year for computer refresh, and with Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors, we are delivering the most advanced commercial systems available today,» said David Feng, vice president of the Client Computing Group and general manager of Client Segments at Intel. «Our AI PC processors span all form factors-from thin and light productivity devices to high-performance workstations-and are powered by Intel vPro, which sets the industry standard for business computing with unmatched manageability and security».
Intel claims that its new Intel Core Ultra 200V processors provide more than 20 hours of battery life. Although this figure may vary in real-world conditions, the company’s statement itself indicates Intel’s commitment to significantly increasing the battery life of PCs equipped with these processors.
«The Intel Core Ultra 7 268V processor delivers ARM-level performance and battery life while maintaining the industry-leading stability, manageability, and compatibility that businesses rely on», ─ Intel cited a quote from a «well-known multinational conglomerate», but did not name it.
Intel has shared information on the relative performance of some processors compared to models from AMD and previous Intel processors:
It is worth noting that the Copilot+ PC logo has appeared in Intel’s press materials for Intel Core Ultra 200V processors, which is good news for those who appreciate the exclusive features of these devices.
Processors from the extended Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) lineup have different release dates. Intel Core Ultra 200V chips with the Intel vPro platform are already available, and Intel Core Ultra 200U, 200H, 200HX and 200S versions will go on sale at the end of March.
More than 150 devices from more than 10 manufacturers will be powered by the new Intel processors. In particular, Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Microsoft are already preparing devices with Intel vPro.
