The «Action» app now allows you to file a complaint about poor mobile and internet performance. For example, this applies to cases when web pages take a long time to load, when you can’t make a call, or when TikTok doesn’t open. About wrote Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
The official noted that you can report poor connection quality in the «Action» app – the corresponding button is located directly on the main screen. It is called «No connection».

Mikhail Fedorov says that «we also thought about this».
«Download the Unbreakable Map in advance, you can do it right now. It will be useful in other cases, for example, when looking for a shelter or the nearest place with a generator.
And then, if you lose the Internet, leave a request in Diia, it will be automatically sent when the connection returns,»,” writes Fedorov.
The National Commission for the Regulation of Communications will receive complaints about poor connectivity. It will find out about places where there are still problems with the Internet and communication, and will work with operators to fix the situation.
