OnePlus continues to share information about its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 13, in a dosed manner. Last week, the company told us about the cameras and a large amount of RAMand over the weekend added information about the battery, charging speed, etc.
So, OnePlus 13 will have a 6000 mAh battery. It will support fast wired (100W) and wireless (50W) charging. The battery capacity has increased by 600 mAh compared to its predecessor, but is still slightly smaller than the 6100 mAh battery in the upcoming Xiaomi 15 Pro, one of its main competitors. According to OnePlus, a full charge will provide up to 11 hours of video playback and 7.1 hours of navigation.
The company confirmed that the OnePlus 13 has Wi-Fi 7 support. The company also touts improvements to NFC and antenna technologies on the upcoming smartphone.
In addition, the company announced the return of the fan-favorite Alert Switch to OnePlus 13. Its functionality remains unchanged. The switch will have three modes: silence, vibration, and call.
The device will also have four microphones with artificial intelligence-based noise cancellation for clear sound during phone calls.
OnePlus 13 is expected to be unveiled on October 31.
