Young entrepreneurs under the age of 25 can apply for grants of up to UAH 150 thousand to start their own business as part of the «Vlasna Sprava» program. This opportunity is available on the «Diia» portal.
«We create the conditions for the realization of young people’s business ideas. Grants for young entrepreneurs are already available through the Diia portal. If you are under 25, apply and receive up to UAH 150 thousand for your business. The grant does not require the creation of new jobs. After a positive decision on the grant, you just need to open a sole proprietorship,» said Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine and Minister of Economy.
To take advantage of this opportunity, you need to submit an application on the portal «Diya» in the section «Grant for your own business». Then these entrepreneurs will be able to receive a new grant from the state – a larger amount and on different terms.
It is noted that after 3 years, it will be possible to apply for a new grant from the state under the program «Vlasna Sprava» on general terms. In this case, it will be possible to receive UAH 250 thousand, but only if at least two jobs are created.
Under the «Vlasna Sprava» program, Ukrainians can receive a microgrant from UAH 50 thousand to UAH 250 thousand for the purchase of equipment, raw materials, rent, etc. Both existing entrepreneurs and newcomers can receive a grant. For grants of more than UAH 75 thousand, a prerequisite is the creation of 1-2 jobs.
In total, over two years of the «Vlasna Sprava» program, entrepreneurs have received more than 20 thousand grants worth almost UAH 5 billion.
