The Payoneer payment system has announced the changes it is introducing for its Ukrainian users. The corresponding letters have been sent to users of the service.
It is noted that in accordance with the new Ukrainian banking regulations, starting from January 27, 2025, users will not be able to withdraw funds to the numbers of payment cards issued by Ukrainian banks. Therefore, you need to update your payment details in your Payoneer account settings.
«To prevent any disruption to your withdrawals, please update your bank details in your Payoneer account as soon as possible to comply with the IBAN (International Bank Account Number) standard».
It should be noted that bank cards already have an IBAN account number, so you will not need to open a new account. You will only need to enter your existing account number in the IBAN format. It consists of 29 digits and letters and starts with UA.

You can find out the IBAN number of your account through the banking application, the bank’s online cabinet or the support service.
