Жартівливе зображення NVIDIA RTX 5090 / Reddit
Over 40 capacitors, 16 GDDR7 modules, a large contact pad. Images of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 printed circuit board have leaked online.
The leak occurred on the Chiphell forums. The board is almost certainly custom—it’s significantly larger than the standard. It features more than four display connectors and has no visible NVIDIA branding. The absence of branding suggests it’s not a Founders Edition. However, the board is marked PG145, as in NVIDIA’s reference samples.
The GDDR7 memory layout seems consistent with previous leaks—the pattern resembles the Android OS symbol. There are spaces for five memory modules on each side, with another four placed above and two below relative to the GPU pad. In total, 16 modules, potentially allowing for configurations of 32 GB or 48 GB of memory with larger modules.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 is expected to feature a GB202 GPU sized 24 × 31 mm and 63 × 56 mm with packaging. There’s also just one 12V-6×2 power connector. The card uses the PCIe 5.0 interface, easily recognized by the pattern of contacts. Overall, the photos confirm previous leaks about the RTX 5090 chip.
Later, the same source showed the graphic processor and other components around it on the board in an assembled state. In the photo, the chip is labeled as GB202-300-A1, which is expected in the RTX 5090.
It is preliminarily known that it will have 21,760 CUDA cores and a die area of 744 mm². The packaging apparently matches known dimensions. Samsung GDDR7 is also visible, expected to operate at 28 GB/s with 2 GB modules, totaling 32 GB.
