Pixel 10 Pro Fold in official renders – yes, this is definitely a new smartphone

Published by Vadym Karpus

Official renders of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold appeared on the web a few months before the smartphone was announced. The novelty looks almost identical to the Pixel 9 Pro Fold and retains the same design.

Earlier, you could already familiarize yourself with the design Google Pixel 10thanks to image leaks. Now it’s the turn of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold. Like the rest of the Pixel 10 series, this device doesn’t show any significant changes compared to its predecessor. The camera module also remained about the same size, so it’s likely that the sensors will be the same or at least similar to those in the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.

The codename of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold is Rango. So far, there are few details, but the situation will change closer to the launch. It is known that the device will receive a Tensor G5 processor manufactured by TSMC, and will also retain the same configuration options: 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold is an exact copy of the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, and that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The predecessor had a great design, so Google seems to have decided not to experiment. This year’s device is expected to be a bit thinner, although it’s unlikely to match the HONOR Magic V3 or OPPO Find N5 in this aspect.

The Pixel 10 Pro Fold will measure approximately 155.2×150.4×5.3 mm. This is slightly different from the Pixel 9 Pro Fold, but not significantly. Some may notice that the device seems to be thicker, but it is worth keeping in mind that OnLeaks measurements may have an error of 0.1-0.3 mm. So, most likely, its dimensions will remain unchanged.

Like last year, the Pixel 10 Pro Fold will be unveiled in August at the Made by Google event along with the rest of the Pixel 10 series.

Interestingly, according to some leaks, Google will reduce the price of the Pixel 10 Pro Fold compared to last year’s model. This contradicts the general market trend, as most smartphone manufacturers either maintain current prices or even increase them. So Google may make its premium foldable smartphone more affordable for buyers when it comes out in August.
