Honor has unveiled its new flagship smartphone, the GT Pro, and in terms of specs «on paper» it seems to be better than most other top phones. At first glance, it resembles Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultrabut it’s even more powerful. And what’s most interesting is that it’s much cheaper, even though it has the latest hardware components.
Honor GT Pro has the same flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processorThe same as the Galaxy S25 Ultra. As a reminder, Samsung uses a special version of this chip — Leading Edition with an overclocked Oryon CPU to 4.47 GHz instead of the standard 4.32 GHz.
The flagship Honor GT Pro can have 12 GB or 16 GB of RAM and internal storage with a capacity of 256 GB to 1 TB. The device is equipped with a large 7200 mAh battery and supports 90W fast wired charging. The smartphone is protected against dust and water according to IP68 and IP69 certification requirements.
Honor GT Pro offers a 6.78-inch OLED screen with FHD+ resolution (2800×1264 pixels). The display supports 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ and brightness up to 6000 nits (global — 1600 nits).
The camera on the rear panel is triple. The main module has a 50-megapixel 1/1.56-inch sensor and an optical image stabilization system. It is complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module (122° viewing angle, macro shooting from a distance of 2.5 cm) and a 200-megapixel telephoto module with OIS, 3x optical zoom and 50x digital zoom. The front camera is a 50-megapixel shooter with support for 4K video recording at 60 frames per second.
