Ukrainian IT professionals have chosen 25 most desirable companies to work for: Grammarly leads among seniors, while juniors choose mono

DOU website surveyed Ukrainian IT professionals and found out which companies they would most like to work for.

Just like last year, Grammarly topped the list — despite cutbacks, 39% of Ukrainian IT folks want to work there. About a third of respondents also wouldn’t mind working at MacPaw, mono, and NVIDIA, while Ajax Systems and SoftServe took the 5th and 6th spots, each garnering 20% of the votes.

Grammarly primarily attracts Senior-level experts and above, while mid-level professionals prefer MacPaw, and juniors are keen on both Grammarly and mono.

The regional distribution is interesting, with Kyiv residents finding Grammarly, mono, and MacPaw the most attractive for work, Lviv IT professionals list Intellias, N-iX, GlobalLogic, ELEKS, Sigma Software, and Dnipro residents — NVIDIA and mono.

The top 4 most attractive companies for Ukrainian IT professionals abroad remain the same as in Ukraine: Grammarly, NVIDIA, MacPaw, and mono.

 

Considering specializations, developers are most drawn to Grammarly and NVIDIA, QA often choose SoftServe, GlobalLogic, N-iX EPAM, NIX, Infopulse, and DataArt, while non-technical professionals favor mono, Grammarly, and MacPaw.
