At the same time, the share of gasoline cars in total sales of new passenger cars has also decreased. A year ago, they accounted for 46% of the market.
The leader of the new gasoline car market last month was the MAZDA CX5 crossover.
The demand for imported used passenger cars with gasoline internal combustion engines also decreased by 16%, to 7.8 thousand units. However, among used cars, the share of gasoline versions was 46% of initial sales, compared to 44% in September 2023. The average age of imported used cars with internal combustion engines is 10.6 years.
