Xiaomi continues to churn out new smartphones under its various brands. This time we are offered the semi-flagship Redmi Turbo 4 Pro. This novelty complements the series Redmi Turbo 4, which was released earlier this year.
Previous rumors confirmed — Redmi Turbo 4 Pro is the first smartphone to receive the recently announced processor Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. This chip is designed to provide flagship features at a more affordable price. The new product can contain up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 1 TB of internal storage.
The new Redmi Turbo 4 Pro smartphone is equipped with a 6.83-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2772×1280 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The panel provides peak local brightness of up to 1600 nits. An optical fingerprint scanner is located below the display.
The camera on the back is the same as the standard Redmi Turbo 4. The main module is based on a 50-megapixel 1/1.95-inch Sony LYT-600 sensor and is complemented by an optical image stabilization system. The device also has an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle module.
But what is significantly different is the battery. In this case, a 7550 mAh battery (versus 6550 mAh) is used, made using silicon-carbon technology. It supports 90W fast wire charging and 22.5W reverse charging. The case provides protection against dust and water according to the IP68 standard. The device runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 2 based on Android 15.
The price of Redmi Turbo 4 Pro starts at $274 for the basic configuration with 12+256 GB of storage and reaches $411 for the top-end version with 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. The novelty is available in black, white, and green colors. A Harry Potter edition version is offered separately.
Earlier this year, a presentation of the smartphone took place in ChinaRedmi Turbo 4. Later, it was quickly renamed and brought to the international market under the brand namePoco X7 Pro.
