Judging by complaintsthat have been circulating on social media in recent days, the problem occurs on PCs, Smart TVs, and most often on iOS — while owners of Android smartphones and tablets have not had any problems.

• «I had the same problem a week ago on my iPhone. I sent a message to YouTube support and they didn’t offer any response. It’s so ridiculous. You choose the highest quality image and it plays in the lowest».

YouTube has already recognizedthat the problem is on his side — and although he did not name the cause, he promises to fix it as soon as possible.
