Elon Musk announces the launch of a game studio «Epic Games» and the creation of «photorealistic graphics» with the Grok 3 chatbot

During the presentation of the latest version of Grok 3, Elon Musk and the team of his AI startup xAI announced their intention to create a studio that will generate games using artificial intelligence.

«We are launching an artificial intelligence gaming studio. If you’re interested in joining us, join xAI», — Musk said during the livestream.

Details about the potential project are still scarce, but at the presentation, Musk showed how Grok 3 generates a copy of Tetris using Python.

He also reflected on the name, boldly suggesting the option «Epic Games», which he noted tomshardwarebefore remembering that she was already busy.

In another example posted by a user, Grok 3 was creating its own version of the basic 2D game Bubble Trouble, but the AI model ignored the prompt to play retro sound effects.

Musk, who is known for his love of video games and misleading statements about their success in themalso claims that it will be possible to improve the game’s graphical resolution by simply asking a chatbot to do so.
