New teaser for «Superman» from DC caused a flood of jokes and memes online with just one scene.
It’s about the first «span» of the new Superman played by David Corensworth and the strange look of the actor’s face in close-up against the background of a disproportionately small body. Some commenters noted that the character’s eyes were darting around like a Squidward doll» and made comparisons, while others mostly wrote about «bad special effects» and recommended that the studio fix the shot before the official release.

«The CGI was one of the things that bothered me in the first trailer, and it does again here. Perhaps it’s just unfinished and we’ll see a more polished, less funky version when it’s released», — wrote by Forbes writer Eric Kane
Here’s what He replied James Gunn, co-chairman of DC Studios:
«There is no CGI on David’s face. People’s faces may look different when you zoom in with a wide-angle lens».
In fact, it’s not just the promo video that causes controversy: earlier, insider Jeff Snyder wrote that the version of «Superman» shown at James Gunn’s private broadcast was a «kind of chaos» and made Warner Bros. «nervous» about the upcoming movie.
Eventually, Ukrainian audiences will be able to see the new Superman movie on July 10. In addition to Corenswett, who replaced Henry Cavill with «position» Man of Steel, the cast will include Rachel Brosnahan (Lois Lane), Nicholas Hoult (Lex Luthor), Isabela Merced (Hawkeye Girl), Nathan Fillion (Green Lantern), Eddie Gathegi (Mr. Terrific) and others.
