Geekom reveals Intel Core Ultra 200H specifications (new mobile processors) in mini-PC announcement

Intel is set to announce Arrow Lake mobile processors on January 6, but manufacturer Geekom has revealed the specs for Core Ultra 9 285H and Core Ultra 5 225H in the announcement of their mini PCs.

Geekom plans to release three mini PC models equipped with processors from all the major manufacturers currently on the market. These include Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite (the world’s first such system), AMD Ryzen AI 300, and Intel Core Ultra 200H (Arrow Lake-H) processors.

The Geekom IT15 will feature Intel Core Ultra 9 285H and Core Ultra 5 225H processors. According to published data, the first is a 16-core chip with a clock speed of up to 5.4 GHz, and the second is a 14-core processor with a speed of up to 4.9 GHz. This is the first official information about their specifications. Both processors are equipped with the Xe-LPG+ (Arc A130T) graphics chip.

The Geekom A9 Max will come with Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 and Ryzen AI 9 365. These processors are already available in laptops, and mini PCs with these chips are almost non-existent. They support DDR5-5600 SODIMM, allowing users to upgrade or replace memory — a feature not available for LPDDR5X, which is more commonly used in other AI 300 systems.

Also, Geekom is preparing the compact QS1 system with Qualcomm Snapdragon X Elite X1E-80-100. Likely, there will be three versions of this PC, with chips X1E-80-100, X1E-78-100, and X1P-42-100. They will get up to 64 GB of LPDDR5X-8400 memory. The manufacturer has not yet announced prices or release dates for the new mini PCs.
