NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti will come in 16GB and 8GB variants and consume 180W, — new leak

New data confirm two memory configurations NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti and reveal some details, including connectors and power supply.

According to the information Wccftech, there are two variants of the 5060 Ti. The PG152 SKU 15 model has 16 GB of GDDR7 memory at 28 GB/s, and the PG152 SKU 10 variant has 8 GB. Both graphics cards use a 128-bit memory bus, which means 448 GB/s of bandwidth.

Allegedly, some RTX 5060 Ti will use the new 12V-2×6 power connector, but not all models. Similarly, the Radeon RX 9070, where premium cards have the new connector, while cheaper will receive an 8-pin.

The 16GB RTX 5060 Ti card will be available in the second half of March, and the 8GB model is due out in April. The regular RTX 5060 will also be released in April. Initially, the launch was supposed to take place earlier, but it had to be postponed due to supply issues. On March 6, AMD will unveil the Radeon RX 9070, while NVIDIA will launch the RTX 5070 on March 5 — it will only have 12 GB of memory.

There is no information on the price yet, but we can expect a recommended price close to the RTX 4060 Ti (quite conditional given the expected shortage). The RTX 5060 series will also compete with AMD’s RDNA 4-based RX 9000 GPU, such as the RX 9060 series, so it should be an interesting competition.
