The Ministry of Defense has recently updated the «Reserve+» application, which now allows you to create electronic referrals to the medical department and specifies a specific datewhen you need to appear at a medical commission. And now the agency has said that the conclusions of the MEC will also be transferred to an online format instead of a paper one. The corresponding statement Defense Minister Rustem Umerov said.
He spoke about the launch of the electronic cabinet of the VLC in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. From now on, referrals to the MEC from the «Oberih» register will automatically be sent to the MEC office. The conclusions of medical commissions based on the results of examinations of persons liable for military service will also automatically be entered into the «Oberih» register and will be displayed faster in the «Reserve+» application. At the same time, decisions on servicemen are stored in the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Previously, all these documents were written by hand, but now they are being digitized. The new system was launched in March, and should be fully operational for all military medical certifying institutions on April 1.
«Starting from March 1, 2025, military medical commissions that have undergone training will be able to issue electronic orders, and from April 1, it will become mandatory for all MMCs,» Rustem Umerov said.
This project is the result of joint work of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Health, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the support of the BRDO, the Minister added.
As a reminder, referral to the VLC in «Reserve+», selection of a medical institution and electronic conclusion of the Ministry of Defense announced at the end of last year. Subsequently, the relevant committee of the Verkhovna Rada approved draft law No. 12066, which allows automatic transfer of medical examination data to the register «Oberig».
