MAL’OPUS opens pre-orders for the artbook “The World of S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl” in Ukrainian. The book is expected in 2025.
The pre-ordered book should arrive about a year from now: according to the publisher, the tentative date of 30.11.2025 is not final. The book costs 1200 UAH, but you can pre-order it for 1080 UAH. The book cover shown is also not final. Here’s what the official description says:
“When the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant mysteriously exploded again in 2006, deadly anomalies emerged on the devastated lands, threatening humanity. Now, stalkers — mercenaries who venture into the exclusion zone for valuable artifacts with supernatural properties — are forced to fight for survival against the fierce mutated monsters lurking in the ruins of Chernobyl.”
Reminder, earlier Dark Horse Publishing announced the release of “The Art of STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl”. This is a 208-page hardcover book containing developer comments, a large number of concept arts, and other materials. The book highlights the characters, creatures, items, and environments featured in the game. The book will cost $49.99 and will be released on May 27, 2025.
