Photos of the iPhone SE 4 were leaked to the network a few days before the release – the manufacturer of cases Spigen noted

The presentation of the new «budget» smartphone Apple iPhone SE 4 is expected in a few days. On the eve of the announcement, the well-known accessory brand probably accidentally published some renders that were supposed to demonstrate its new protective case. The page of the Spigen iPhone SE 4 case briefly appeared on the Internet, thus revealing the final design of the smartphone.

The product page was later removed, but the images that had already been published were saved. Although these are not official images of the product from Apple, the phone’s design is consistent with previous leaks and rumors from very reliable sources, such as Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman. He said recently argued that the iPhone SE 4 will be launched in just a few days.

For the first time, a device from the more or less affordable iPhone SE series will get a fairly modern design from the iPhone 14. Obviously, the phone will not have the latest Dynamic Island element, but will have the notch that previous Face ID-equipped iPhones had.

At the same time, the iPhone SE 2025 will not have a Home or Touch ID button, as facial recognition will become the standard identification method in all Apple smartphones. There is only one camera lens on the back, which is likely to be based on a modern sensor with a resolution of 48 megapixels.

The images also show an Action button instead of a mute switch. It also became clear that the new smartphone will have a USB-C port, which has become mandatory in the European Union.

As for the price, Apple is likely to slightly increase its recommended retail price for the iPhone SE 4. Even at a price of about $500, the new phone will still be significantly cheaper than the iPhone 16, which is equipped with the same Apple A18 chipset.
