Xiaomi, TikTok, Temu and other Chinese companies face complaints about privacy violations in the EU

The Austrian human rights organization NOYB has filed the first complaints about GDPR violations by Chinese companies. The organization has filed complaints against TikTok, Xiaomi, Shein, AliExpress, Temu, and WeChat, claiming that these companies illegally transferred information about European users to parties in China.
