Actress Shelley Duvall, best known for her role in Stanley Kubrick’s «The Shining» based on the novel by Stephen King and for winning the Cannes Film Festival’s Best Actress award for Robert Altman’s «Three Women», died at the age of 75 from complications of diabetes on Thursday, July 11, in Blanco, Texas, USA.
