How to as previously reported, TCCs forcibly mobilize employees of communication providers even with booking documents. The TCC employees explain their actions by the fact that the reservation information is allegedly absent from the «Oberig» register, and they do not take paper documents into account.
A member of the National Security Committee, Oleksandr Fediyenko, sent a deputy appeal because of such situations of mobilization of reserved workers. The Land Forces explained why this is happening, and the TCC «does not see» the fact of reservation. The main reason is «Actions».
As explained by the Armed Forces, mobilization of booked persons is possible because the information about the reservation is not always displayed in the system. This happens in cases where the reservation was not made through the «Action» portal.
According to the law, a reservation must be made not only at the organization level, but also registered with the TCC. If the reservation was made without using «Diia», the relevant organization must separately notify the TCC to enter the data into the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Persons Liable for Military Service and Reservists «Oberig».
It is the absence of this notification that leads to the fact that the MCC does not have information about the reservation, which can lead to erroneous mobilization. Therefore, the Land Forces urge organizations that book employees to check the availability of reservation information in the register and, if necessary, contact the MCC to enter the relevant data.
At the same time, it is worth noting that the possibility of booking through «Diia» is currently unavailable. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko, commenting on the work of «Reserve+», «Army+» and «Oberih» after yesterday’s Russian hacker attack on Ukrainian registries. Although the services of the Ministry of Defense are operating in normal modeFor some time, the online employee booking service through «Diia» will not work due to the suspension of services related to the registers of the Ministry of Justice.
