Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov said about the creation of a new bank card – «Diia.Card». It is designed to make it easier for ordinary Ukrainians «to receive payments from the state».
«Our goal is to continuously improve existing services and develop new products for maximum convenience,» said Mikhail Fedorov.
He noted that now, instead of several different cards, a single tool is offered. This means that in the future, there will be no need to apply for new cards every time to receive assistance or other payments from the state.
The first service — «eBook» is already available on «Diia.Karta». In the future, it is planned to transfer «єПідтримки» payments to this card, including those accrued in 2021-2023.
Fedorov also announced the launch of a new social program that will be available by the end of this month.
Currently, «Diia.Card» can be issued at several banks that were the first to join the initiative:
- PrivatBank
- A-bank
- Accordbank
- Globus Bank
- monobank
Soon, the list of available banks will be expanded — Credit Dnipro Bank, Sense, and Bank 3/4 are at the stage of connection.
In the future, more government programs with earmarked funds («colored» for specific payments) will appear on Diia.Card, Fedorov added.
