Epic Games Store continues its holiday game giveaway. This time give a cyberpunk slasher Ghostrunner 2. You can pick up the game until December 27 at 18:00.
The story takes place a year after the end of the first part in a post-apocalyptic world. After the fall of the tyranny of the Mistress of the Keys, the protagonist Jack confronts a new cult of cyberninjas that threatens the last refuge of humanity — the Dharma Tower.
The developers from One More Level expanded the gameplay by adding non-linear levels with motorcycle riding and interactive boss battles. Players have more freedom in choosing tactics against opponents.
The updated character development system offers new skills to creatively overcome difficult challenges. Enemies adapt to the style of play, making each fight unique. The atmosphere is complemented by a synthwave soundtrack from Daniel Deluxe, We Are Magonia, Gost, and other artists.
The game received high scores of — 80/100 points on Metacritic. У Steam — 82% of almost 6 thousand users rated it positively.
