Since yesterday, the artbook for the animated series “Arcane” from MAL’OPUS publishing is available for pre-order.
The artbook has a hardcover, 224 pages, and costs 1150 UAH for pre-order (August 31 is mentioned as the approximate date of arrival).
The official title is “The Art and Making of the Series ‘Arcane'” / The Art and Making of Arcane.
“The artbook invites you on a visual journey through the revolutionary animated series created by Riot Games and Fortiche. It is a comprehensive collection that includes early artistic developments, the evolution of character designs, and striking works that accompanied the world-building,” — states the description of the artbook.
The book contains early character designs, panoramic images of backgrounds and settings, as well as interviews with over twenty key animators, writers, directors, artists, game designers, sound engineers, and other creators.

The series “Arcane” was shot based on the game League of Legends, but despite bringing Riot Games audience recognition and Emmy awards, it turned out to be a “financial flop”. According to Bloomberg, $250 million was invested in the production, and it did not pay off over two seasons.
Both seasons of “Arcane” are currently streaming on Netflix — with Ukrainian dubbing.
