Recently, information about the presentation date of the upcoming GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card appeared on the Internet. This was due to the embargo imposed by NVIDIA on major retailers in the US and France. Now, this information has been confirmed by one of the video card manufacturing partners.
MSI France has published a landing page for the RTX 5070 Ti with a big countdown to February 20. The site confirms the imminent release of the 5070 Ti, accompanied by an image of several video cards entering the atmosphere. The intention of this marketing ploy is unclear, but it seems that MSI is hinting at the launch of at least 4-5 models (which will fall from the sky?).

All kidding aside, MSI’s page confirms the answer to a question that has often been asked by potential buyers: there is currently no mention of a standard RTX 5070 without the Ti prefix. MSI hasn’t started a countdown or provided any details on when a regular version of the RTX 5070 will be released. Other sources have not yet confirmed its release date either.
If NVIDIA plans to stick to the February launch schedule and release the 5070 Ti first, then the best estimate for the non-Ti model is February 27, which is in line with the interval between the 5090 and 5080 reviews. Whether this will actually be the case remains to be seen.
By the way, the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti release countdown page has already been removed from the MSI France website.
