“Nova Poshta” shared updates on the operation and expansion of its network in the United Kingdom. It is noted that there are currently more than 7000 InPost parcel lockers across the country.
The postal service’s press office also reports that Nova Post clients in the United Kingdom can easily and quickly receive and send parcels through InPost parcel lockers throughout the UK, including Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Remember, it operates under the Nova Post brand in Europe.
Service customers can select the necessary parcel locker for use through various digital tools: on the website, in the business account, and in the multilingual mobile app of “Nova Poshta”. Parcels up to 15 kg in weight and no larger than 41x38x64 cm are accepted for delivery through parcel lockers.
To send a parcel through an InPost parcel locker, you need to:
- create an international shipment (MEN) on the website or in the mobile app, specifying that it will be sent via a parcel locker,
- pay for the delivery online,
- receive a QR code,
- scan the QR code near the chosen parcel locker,
- place the packaged parcel into the open compartment.
For those receiving a parcel in a parcel locker in the United Kingdom, it is noted that the storage period for the parcel in the locker is 2 days. After that, it will be moved to the “Nova Poshta” sorting depot in London. In such a case, the recipient will receive a notification via SMS.
“Nova Poshta” in the United Kingdom provides delivery across the country, to and from Ukraine, and also to and from countries where the company is already operational: Poland, Czech Republic, Germany, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, Austria, Netherlands, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Soon, Nova Poshta will also connect the United Kingdom with Moldova.
