Soon, the «Reserve+» app will add a field to notifications about violations of military registration with an explanation of the problem. New authorization options will also be available. Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization Kateryna Chernohorenko spoke about these and other innovations in a new interview with DOU.
Explanation of violations in «Reserve+»
Currently, in «Reserve+», users can receive notifications about violations of military registration rules. However, with the current interface, they may not understand what exactly was the reason – whether it was a failure to appear under a summons or something else. To avoid confusion, the service will have a special field that will indicate the specific reason.
«Soon, in «Reserve+», we will add an explanation field to notifications about violations of military registration. When entering information about violations, TCC operators will be required to indicate the reason — whether it is ignoring a summons, incorrect residence data, or other reasons. This will help users to correct possible inaccuracies faster,» said Kateryna Chernogorenko.
Alternative to BankID
BankID is one of the most common methods of remote identification in Ukraine. However, due to the large number of requests, the system can be overloaded. To avoid this, the Ministry of Defense’s digital transformation team is considering additional ways to log in to «Reserve+».
«As for additional authorization methods — we are considering options to expand the possibilities of logging in. For example, authorization through Diia.Signature or directly through banks, so that dependence on one mechanism does not create risks in case of peak loads»,” the Deputy Minister of Defense noted.
In the interview, Kateryna Chernohorenko also touched upon other topics related to the work of the TCC, the VLC, and the «Reserve+» application. For example, there are currently no plans to add AI assistants to «Reserve+» or «Army+». However, the team is exploring potential AI use cases that could enhance the services in the future. If such solutions meet the security and efficiency requirements, experts will consider their implementation.
In addition, a comprehensive reform of the HLC is planned when the conclusions of medical commissions will automatically fall into «Oberig». It is expected that in the near future fines from the TP will be payable online in «Reserve+» and get a 50% discount. At the same time Ukrainians aged 25-60 abroad will be automatically registered with the TCC.
