TESLA Model Y and Model 3 are the most popular used cars from the USA in October

In October 2024, almost 2.7 thousand used cars imported from the United States were registered in Ukraine. Thus, 16% of used cars that switched to Ukrainian license plates in October were of American origin.

Compared to October 2023, the demand for used cars from the United States decreased by almost 12%.

Ukrainians most often choose gasoline-powered American used cars. This category accounts for 42% of the total. Electric cars are only slightly behind.

Popularity of used cars from the US by type of powerplant:

1. Gasoline cars accounted for 42%;
2. Electric cars – 40%;
3. Hybrid cars – 8%;
4. Diesel cars – 5%;
5. Cars with LPG – 5%.

The average age of American used cars that joined the Ukrainian fleet last month is 5.6 years.

The most popular models of used cars from the USA:

1. TESLA Model Y – 285 units;
2. TESLA Model 3 – 274 units;
3. JEEP Cherokee – 158 units;
4. FORD Escape – 151 units;
5. VOLKSWAGEN Passat – 151 units.
