The Cabinet of Ministers will ban the booking of specialists who have been working at the company for less than 3 months — EBA

According to the European Business Association, the Cabinet of Ministers will introduce a new additional criterion for booking employees.

Thus, people who have worked at a critical enterprise for less than three months will not be able to apply for a reservation — initially, and later the restriction will be reduced to one month.

We remind you that under the new procedure booking from December 1 will be made through the portal «Action»while all critical enterprises must «reconfirm» their status by February 28.

The new mandatory criteria for determining criticality include that the average salary at the enterprise for the last quarter must be at least 2.5 minimum wages (UAH 20 thousand at the moment — the same amount of salary must be paid to an employee who is applying for the reservation), as well as the absence of tax arrears. The third criterion — one of the general, regional or sectoral criteria, will be determined by agreement between the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Economy.

Decisions on determining the criticality of enterprises will be scrutinized — with the possibility of canceling the reservation (and this option is provided for in the Action). Monthly monitoring of compliance with the requirements for average wages, tax payments, etc. will also be introduced at enterprises.

As a reminder, the current booking quotas are set as follows: 100% for companies in the fuel and energy and defense industries and 50% for other companies.
