Trump’s support, conspiracy theories, and a meme with a sink in the White House: what did Elon Musk «tweet» on the day of the US election?

Elon Musk took full advantage of the opportunities of your Twitter profile (for the acquisition of which, we recall, spent $40 billion) on the day of the US election — in addition to calls to vote for Trump, there was room for conspiracy theories, memes, and a few interesting photos.

Musk — one of the loudest and richest supporters of former who contributed nearly $120 million to his campaign this year and actively supported Donald at rallies. In the week before the election, as well as the day before and on the day of the election, he also posted numerous posts on Twitter/X about his candidate.

On Tuesday, he wrotethat «men are voting in record numbers» and predicted «big changes» in Trump’s favor, and then began reposting posts from other Donald supporters, adding an American flag emoji.

In his next tweet, he confirmed that he had cast his vote by posting a photo of himself wearing a leather jacket with a voting sticker:

After the vote, Musk flew to Florida to watch the election results at Trump’s private club Mar-a-Lago.

And later he published a photo:

Musk went on to add that he would announce the results on X in company with Trump, «if the votes are clear enough to show a» victory.

From the interesting: Elon saidsaid that his Super PACSuper PAC — America PAC — will continue to operate after the presidential election, focusing on midterm elections, district attorneys’ and judicial elections.

Then came the dark predictions about the opponents’ plans: Musk suggested that the Democrats would steal the election from Trump and accused voting machines of being unreliable. The Google search engine was also targeted, with Elon suspecting it of skewing results in favor of Kamala Harris. The latter accusation, it should be noted, was fair, as many media outlets noticed that on Tuesday, the search giant’s response to a query about where to vote for Harris displayed a map of polling stations, while a similar query about Trump led to news articles (Google later justified that the problem arose because Harris’s name is similar to the name of a county in Texas).

And, of course, as a famous joker, Elon could not do without memes: in one, he depicted himself holding a sink in the Oval Office (the original photo was taken from Musk’s first visit to Twitter headquarters, where he thus hinting at the closing of the acquisition).

So far, the leaders of many countries, including Volodymyr Zelenskyy, have already sent their congratulations to the newly minted US president. Trump himself has already delivered a victory speech, in which, interestingly enough, he said, remembered and his most ardent supporter:
