In October 2024, Ukrainians spent UAH 11.1 billion on new passenger cars. This is 12% more than in the same period of the previous year. The figure also increased by 3% compared to September this year.
It is noted that about half of this amount was spent on the purchase of cars of only five brands. Ukrainians paid the most money for BMW cars.
It is worth noting that in October, Renault managed to sell the most new cars in Ukraine – 775 units. However, the company ranked only fifth in terms of revenue. At the same time, BMW, which ranked first in terms of revenue, sold almost half as many cars – 397.
Audi, Skoda, Porsche, Land Rover, and Lexus were also among the top ten most popular brands of new cars that Ukrainians spent money on.
Since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has sold new passenger cars worth UAH 104.2 billion, which is 20% more than in the same period in 2023.
