On February 13, Rakuten Viber opened pre-registration for Ukrainians in a new dating service Viber Dating, which will expand the functions of the main messenger app and offer online dating.
In January, the waiting list for the new service was opened in the Philippines, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Waiting list (will open from mobile) will gradually become available to all Ukrainians within a day. At the same time, Viber emphasizes that the dating profile will be separated from the main account, and users’ phone numbers will be hidden in Viber Dating.

- Click «Join the waiting list»
Meanwhile, according to a survey conducted by Viber in February on the Rakuten Viber Ukraine channel, about 45% of people named false information in profiles as the main problem with dating apps, while 26% of respondents said they had experienced fraud on dating platforms.
