Intel Core Ultra 200H processor for the first time in video and NVIDIA RTX 5050 release time

YouTuber Autogear showcased the mid-tier LG Gram 17 laptop and the new Intel Core Ultra 200H chip. The video, in Korean, compares it to previous models.

According to the vlogger, besides the new processor, the LG Gram 17 Pro model has received updates to its cooling system, battery, SSD slot, keyboard, touchpad, display, webcam, and other components.

The main highlight is the Intel Core Ultra 200H processor based on the Arrow Lake-H architecture, with its launch expected on January 6th. These are the first revealed shots of the processor, and its appearance matches the renders previously published by Intel.

The chip features a 6+8+2 CPU core configuration (performance cores are Lion Cove and energy-efficient cores are Skymont). The exact name of the processor hasn’t been confirmed, but it could be 285H, 265H, or 255H, all of which share this configuration.

Interestingly, this laptop will initially come with a GeForce RTX 4050 video card, but it’s rumored to get an upgrade to the NVIDIA RTX 5050 in May 2025.
