New car market in September: TOYOTA RAV-4 and RENAULT Duster are leading among buyers

How to was reported Earlier, in September, Ukrainians purchased 5.7 thousand new passenger cars. Most of these cars were purchased by private customers – 64% of the total. Accordingly, the remaining 36% were purchased by legal entities.

Compared to September 2023, sales of new passenger cars in the private segment of the car market decreased by 7%. At the same time, sales to legal entities increased by 15%.

It is worth noting that both private customers and legal entities prefer crossovers. However, the model preferences of these categories of consumers differ. While Ukrainians most often bought TOYOTA RAV-4, legal entities preferred RENAULT Duster.

3. HYUNDAI Tucson – 115 units;
4. ZEEKR 001 – 103 units;
5. KIA Sportage – 99 units.

1. RENAULT Duster – 413 units;
2. TOYOTA Hilux – 140 units;
3. SKODA Octavia – 91 units;
4. SKODA Karoq – 87 units;
5. SKODA Kodiaq – 69 units.
