The PlayStation Network has been down since about 1:00 a.m. Kyiv time and has not been restored. Users are angry, some are demanding compensation for the inability to play.

Website Dexerto reports that PlayStation users are outraged by the glitch and Sony’s minimalist communication. After the company’s response, players became even more outraged.
«Lack of communication is unacceptable. We pay for your services. Many people make plans to play together on the weekend. You disrupt the services we pay for and plan for without letting us know what’s going on. A refund will be what is due», — reads one of the comments.
«It would be nice if PlayStation gave everyone a free year of PS+ because of the lack of communication and care for the community», — says another, which received 14+ thousand likes.
«30 years old and you still can’t measure effectiveness. Imagine this. Is it 2011 again?», — this commenter recalls the 2011 PSN outage that lasted 23 days.
The last PlayStation Network outage happened on September 30 last year. It caused a lot of outrage and memes. In the last minutes, users from some regions began to report that the service was back online.
