The 10 largest IT companies in Ukraine earned ₴56.48 billion in a year, but revenue grew by only 1%

According to by the Opendatabot 2025 indexThe total revenue of the top ten largest IT companies in Ukraine amounted to ₴56.48 billion, with growth of only one percent.

The top three positions in the ranking were taken by American companies, with GlobalLogic Ukraine, owned by Bonus Technology INC, taking the first place. Its revenue showed little change over the year at ₴11.66 billion (+2%), while profit decreased by 28% to ₴653 million. It is noteworthy that the company has been in the Index for the third year, but it has taken the leading position for the first time.

The other two positions were shared by Epam companies founded by Arkady Dobkin, accounting for a third of the top ten’s earnings. Epam Systems, which has topped the Index for 2 years in a row, received revenue of ₴11.35 billion (-10% compared to 2023) and profit of ₴1.67 billion (+27%); meanwhile, Epam Digital’s financial performance is growing year on year — revenue of ₴7.5 billion (+25%) and profit of ₴838 million (+11%).

It is noteworthy that two companies left the index this year — Playtika Ukraine, whose revenue decreased by 8% compared to 2023 and amounted to ₴2.14 billion, and SoftServe Industry, whose revenue more than halved to ₴889 million.

Among the newcomers: Dmytro Matyukha’s HighLoad Solutions (formerly Favbet Tech), registered only in January 2022, with revenues of ₴3.22 billion and a record profit of — ₴2.4 billion among the top 10 companies; as well as the young company Squad Ukraine (SQUAD), established in August 2022, owned by the Cypriot company Squad IT Limited, owned by Ukrainians Lyubomyr Vasyliev and Yuriy Katkov, whose revenue grew 2.8 times over the year to ₴2.6 billion, while profit grew 3.4 times to ₴80.6 million.

7 out of 10 companies in the index were chosen by legal regime of Diia. City — except for Epam Systems, Luxoft Solutions, and the Institute of Information Technology «Intelias». That is, these companies do not enjoy special tax benefits, simplified administrative processes, and other tools for the development of the IT sector from the state.
