Now we have something to watch while we wait for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2.
A fan movie S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of the Zone. GSC Game World, the developer of the original S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, did not stay away from the event. In a post on the franchise’s official account, the developers congratulated the authors of Shadow of the Zone on the premiere and advised fans to watch the movie.

The movie tells the story of an experienced Free Stalker who agrees to lead a group of mercenaries deep into the Zone. Their goal is to investigate a mysterious paranormal radio signal.
Shadow of the Zone was directed by Stephen Hancock. The screenplay was written by Evan Muir and Isaiah Nichols.
The audience highly appreciated the quality of the film.
