Publication Games Radar pointed out an interesting goof in one of the episodes of “Squid Game”, which featured a person among the participants who had no relation to the plot.
The article contains spoilers for the second season of “Squid Game”.
It concerns the dramatic resolution of the final episode, where Gi-Hun and his “colleagues” (including the frontman disguised as a participant) try to sabotage the game from within — during the events directly in the dormitory among the participants in green tracksuits and “workers” in red, you can spot a camera operator (at the end of the 22nd minute of the episode).

Of course, such goofs are not uncommon in movies and TV shows. In the final season of “Game of Thrones”, for instance, you could spot Starbucks cups, and in the first “Gladiator” and “Troy” — an airplane in the sky.
Let us remind you that the second season of “Squid Game” garnered 126.2 million views in 11 days — faster than any other series on Netflix. However, despite high expectations, it received rather mediocre ratings from viewers — particularly for the season’s limited to seven episodes and an open ending.
In the second season, Gu-Hun (Lee Jung-Jae), having refused to travel to America to see his daughter, returns to the game to put an end to the deadly competitions once and for all. In addition to Lee, his roles in the sequel were reprised by Lee Byung-Hun (the game’s frontman), Wi Ha-Jun (a young police officer searching for his brother), and Gong Yoo (recruiter of new players).
The third season is expected in the summer or fall of 2025.
