Cable Matters unveils first Thunderbolt 5 cable for $23 — works as USB4 or TB 4 until devices are available
Almost a year after official debut Thunderbolt 5 the world’s first new standard cable is finally materializing. Cable Matters has introduced the Thunderbolt 5 cable, which offers full 120Gbps video bandwidth in 0.3m, 0.5m, and 1m lengths for $23, $27, and $33 respectively.
Windows 11 does not yet support Wi-Fi 7 and USB4 2.0, but Microsoft will soon fix it
Windows 11 does not currently support USB4 2.0 and Wi-Fi 7, despite the fact that the first Wi-Fi 7 certified devices are already on the market. Microsoft has already started integrating support for the technology, which the Wi-Fi Alliance introduced last month.
