Apple is likely to refuse to release a version of the Mac mini with an M3 chip in favor of a more substantial update that will receive M4 chips and be released by the end of the year. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reports.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman reported that the first Apple Macs with M4 series chips will be released later this year, with additional models to follow next year. In his Power On newsletter, Gurman shared a specific roadmap that describes the sequence of these new Macs.
