Garmin Instinct 3 — this is the latest iteration of the company’s popular smartwatch for active recreation, which received an AMOLED display (or solar display), a new metal frame, and a built-in flashlight.
Instinct 3 will provide up to 24 days of autonomous operation on a single charge and “unlimited” autonomous operation time for the Solar model (of course, this will depend on the weather). According to the company, Instinct 3 increases the efficiency of solar battery usage, offering five times more battery life than Instinct 2 Solar in GPS mode.

The watch has a case made from fiber-reinforced polymer, a MIL-STD 810 durability rating, and water resistance up to 100 meters depth. AMOLED and Solar versions are available in two sizes: 45 mm and 50 mm, and in colors Neotropic, Black, and Electric Lime. A new Instinct E size 40 mm is also offered.

Naturally, Garmin Instinct 3 has the basic set of health monitoring — including heart rate, advanced sleep monitoring, pulse measurement, heart rate variability, etc. Also, Instinct 3 supports contactless payments Garmin Pay.
