This is the first collaboration between the company and the director since Oscar-winning «Oppenheimer». The plot of the new movie is still being kept secret.
Pattinson has several projects planned for 2025. Warner Bros. is preparing a sequel to «Batman», where he will again play the main role. The actor will also appear in A24’s thriller «Prime Time» based on the reality show «To Catch a Predator».
On April 18, 2025, it will be released science fiction movie «Mickey 17» directed by Pong Joon-ho and starring Pattinson. The film’s budget amounted to $150 million.
Interestingly, after the filming of «Tenet» the actor donated Nolan has a collection of Robert Oppenheimer’s speeches. Two years later, the director began work on a biopic about the creator of the atomic bomb.
The premiere of the new film is scheduled for July 17, 2026.
