Xiaomi officially unveiled the RedmiBook (2025) laptops in 14” and 16” sizes, equipped with the new Intel Core 5-220H processor.
Compared to last year’s models, the laptops haven’t seen significant changes in design, but the hardware has been upgraded. Two laptops with different screen sizes were also introduced. Both models are 15.9 mm thick, the 14-inch model weighs 1.36 kg, while the 16-inch weighs 1.65 kg. They feature displays with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a maximum brightness of 400 nits. The 14-inch model offers a display with a higher resolution of 2.8K, compared to 2.5K in the 16”.

All RedmiBook (2025) models are powered by the new Intel Core 5 220H processor. Xiaomi promises 19 hours of battery life with Windows 11 thanks to a 72 Wh battery. There is also support for 100W GaN fast charging.
The model with the larger screen costs $660 for the 16/512 GB configuration, $700 for 16 GB / 1 TB, and $740 for 32 GB / 1 TB. All Xiaomi RedmiBook (2025) 14” models are roughly $27 cheaper. However, these prices are valid for initial sales in China, after which a $70 increase is expected.
