It seems the days are gone when designers of other phones looked to the Apple iPhone. The leak of the iPhone 17 Pro’s appearance reminds us of something very familiar.
According to new unofficial information, the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max from Apple will have a significant design update. The images that have appeared online closely resemble the latest Google Pixel 9 Pro smartphones.
For some reason, Apple has decided to forgo stainless steel or titanium frames: in the iPhone 17 Pro and other models, it will be aluminum. It is reported that the back of the phone will also have an aluminum finish.
Questions arise about the functionality of wireless charging. However, to avoid issues, Apple will also use glass. Sources say the lower half of the phone will remain glass. A quite noticeable camera bump will also be made of aluminum, not the traditional 3D glass.
However, there is still a lot of time until the release of the iPhone 17, and some things may change. Also, smartphones do not always match preliminary renders, although they often replicate the main features of the design.
