Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said about optimizing the «Action» app for the National Cashback program. Now you can check whether the product on the shelf meets the conditions for participation in the program right in the app.
As a reminder, the National Cashback program is intended to encourage Ukrainians to buy goods from Ukrainian producers. To this end, program participants receive a cashback refund of 10% of the cost of Ukrainian goods purchased by them. But not more than UAH 3000 per month.
Recently, Fedorov has already reportedMr. Kovalev said that during the beta test period, more than 1 million users were able to see cashback in «Diya», and they were credited with more than UAH 73 million in total. At the same time, he noted that 260 thousand products are already participating in the program.
However, it is not always clear to customers for which products from the variety on supermarket shelves they will receive cashback. To make it easier for users to make a choice, the «Diia» app has added a function to check products to see if they participate in the program.
«Now with Diia, you can find out in advance whether cashback is credited for a product. You don’t need to check with supermarket cashiers or look for the» mark on the package,” writes Fedorov.
In fact, a barcode scanner has been integrated into the «Action» app. By scanning the product code, you can find out if it falls under the «program.
«If yes — get cashback, if no — Action will notify you. And then it’s up to you to choose this product or another :)»,” adds Mikhail Fedorov.
